FURNITURE SHOPPE MANAGER

Retail Management Experience - Minimum 3 years
Leading a Team - Minimum 3 years
Ability to Move Furniture

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven retail shoppe manager to be responsible for a high-volume furniture store. The successful candidate will be able to maintain the merchandise flow, enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively. Count on adding 15,000+ steps a day to your Fitbit, as you keep the merchandise flow moving from the receiving dock, to shoppe to delivery dock. You are someone who can develop a daily plan and lead your team to successful execution. Your ability to motivate a dedicated team and lead by example are key qualifications. Welcoming and supporting volunteers is an essential ability. A background in management and scheduling is required. Physically able to move furniture, which can weigh up to 100 lbs., regularly, many times in your day, walking, and standing on your feet for long periods are all prerequisites of the job. Shoppe manager responsibilities include supervising associates and volunteers.
